Where we stayed, what we ate, and what we did:

So excited to share all the details of our girls trip to Miami with you all on the blog. First of all let me just start by saying there’s nothing better than traveling with family. I love a good family trip, even though it was just the girls on this trip. I really enjoyed getting away with my mom, sister and sister in law. We had an amazing time and I can’t wait for our next adventure!

Resort/Room:

We stayed at Nautilus, a Sixty Hotel in South Beach Miami. This is a really pretty boutique style and beachfront resort. The location was perfect, and within walking distance of pretty much everything. Located in South Beach, Miami off of Collins Avenue. Our rooms were casual but elegant, I will say it is a little on the the smaller side for 4 girls in one room lol... but it was comfortable and the beds were really soft which is always a plus in my book. My favorite part of this hotel was the pool and out door area, it was such a cute and great spot to hang out and just relax. The food and drinks were good too and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful as well. Amazing service! We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever near South Beach Miami. I want to thank my new friends at Nautilus, a Sixty hotel for collaborating with me, I can’t wait to visit again real soon!

FOOD:

Why is it that food always ends up being my favorite part of any trip?!?!?!! LOL!

We ate so so good you guys, the food in Miami is incredibly tasty, seriously could not get enough. I’m glad we got to try what I feel like was a little bit of everything.

Larios on the Beach : We had a great lunch at Larios, they have really great cuban food. I had never tried cuban food before and had heard this place had the best. We tried serval different dishes and everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned.

Fun Fact: This restaurant is one of Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s.

Dreamer Miami : This place was seriously the cutest! I was so excited to grab breakfast one morning here, and wanted come back here every morning lol. This cute cafe is a instagram photo must! Try the açaí bowls and avocado toast for sure, they always have tasty juices.

Gianni’s : Dinner at the Versace Mansion was another favorite part for me. This place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s worth it! It was fun to get all dressed up and have a fancy dinner here. The food was good, I had the most delicious lamb chops but the I really enjoyed getting to see inside the mansion… so pretty!

STK : I first tried this place in Las Vegas and thought the food here is amazing and it so is. South Beach Miami STK did not disappoint. The atmosphere was fun and we had the best steaks ever here, the mac and cheese is to die for too! They also have a great Lobster Risotto oh and their “Pink Elegance cocktail is really good as well.

Nobu : We had never tried this place and it is such a great restaurant. Pretty decor and we loved the food. Some of favorite dishes were the “Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, and the Jalapeño Cauliflower. So good!!!!

Planta : This vegan spot was too cute. We loved the decor and the food too! You must try this place too. Try the meat lovers pizza and cauliflower tots. They had really great desserts too.

What We Did :

I felt like we did a lot of sight seeing on this trip which is really what we had planned to do. My sister had a full on itinerary to make things easier and we were able to visit just about every spot on the list. There is so much to do and I would totally recommend planning your days out like we did.

Overall, we had an amazing time and really loved our first visit to Miami! We were able to do and see so much on this much needed girls trip. So happy I was able to experience this beautiful place with my favorite girls. Looking forward to coming back here again!
